Marianne Malek, JD, MBA, CLC (California Licensed Contractor) is a licensed real estate broker, contractor and attorney who founded Malek Developments to create more housing opportunity for families in San Diego and its surrounding geography, and serve her community in a more fulfilling and meaningful way.

Along with an experienced team of real estate project managers, construction specialists and builders who work exclusively for Malek Development, Marianne used her family's savings to buy and repair real estate properties, transforming older run-down houses and units into modernized homes that are attractive to new home buyers or those who require FHA funding. 

Marianne's vision was to make it easy for sellers to quickly receive cash for their single family homes, multi-family units, or other types of real estate within 24-48 hours, in most cases. By doing so, she has managed to grow Malek Developments and uplift the San Diego residential landscape, while providing affordable, and updated homes to desperate home buyers in a tight market. 

Marianne has received the SuperLawyers award from 2016 - 2023. She earned her Masters of Business Administration focused in Business from Point Loma Nazarene University, and her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. Marianne and her husband reside in San Diego with their two daughters and she is fluent in both English and Arabic.
